培养综合素质高、具备国际化视野、拥有良好的涉外旅游服务职业素养和创新创业精神、掌握国际旅行社、国际连锁品牌酒店及咖啡经营集团等企业业务及管理岗位工作流程及操作规范的高技能管理人才。

就业方向为涉外酒店行政岗位、商务连锁酒店店长、国际领队、涉外导游、航空公司职员、星巴克门店店长等涉外旅游企业岗位工作。

【专业特色】

旅游管理专业创建于1999年，已发展成为拥有丰富校企合作资源、多元国际合作平台及雄厚师资力量的特色专业，是校级现代学徒制试点专业、省级特色专业。专业与希尔顿酒店集团、万豪集团、国旅集团、飞扬国际旅游集团、星巴克集团等单位开展现代学徒制人才培养，为学生提供可持续职业成长平台及晋升通道。专业倾力打造国际化人才培养平台，并承办东帝汶等“一带一路”倡议沿线国家的中长期研修项目。

【专业介绍】Faculty Introduction

   本专业与加拿大亚岗昆应用文理学院（Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology）合作。该学院位于加拿大首都渥太华市，是加拿大理工院校联盟成员、加拿大国际教育协会成员、加拿大大学学院协会成员及雅思指定考点，并被评为加拿大最佳大型公立学院和加拿大就业率最高的院校之一。

本专业在前期强化学生英语应用能力，语言教师均持有TESOL资格证书，经验丰富。专业学习阶段由中加双方一流师资进行授课，重视培养学生的服务意识、实践能力及操作技能，重视培养学生的人文素养和批判性思维能力，注重培养学生的国际化视野，增加其未来在行业内进一步升迁和发展的潜力。学生在校期间将有机会在当地高端酒店企业实践及赴国外研修、带薪实习。  

This major cooperates with Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada. The college is located in Ottawa, the capital of Canada. It is a member of the Canadian Polytechnic Association, a member of the Canadian International Education Association, a member of the Association of Canadian Colleges and Universities, and an IELTS designated test center. It is rated as the best large public colleges in Canada and one of colleges who owns the highest employment rate in Canada.

This major strengthens students' English application ability in the early stage. Language teachers have TESOL qualification certificates and have rich experience. The professional learning stage is taught by first-rate teachers from China and Canada. It attaches importance to the cultivation of students' service consciousness, practical ability and operation skills, attaches importance to the cultivation of students' humanistic literacy and critical thinking ability, attaches importance to the cultivation of students' international vision, and increases their future employment in the industry. Students will have the opportunity to practice in local high star hotels as well as study abroad or do an internships while in school.

培养综合素质高、具备国际化视野，以及运营管理国际连锁餐饮企业（西点、咖啡）、国际休闲旅游项目（主题乐园、邮轮）具有良好职业素养和专业技能及创业创新能力的可持续发展高素质国际化专业人才。

主要面向国际著名连锁酒店集团、国际著名高档度假酒店、国际邮轮、餐饮集团，从事前厅、餐饮、客房、营销、财务等核心岗位及酒店督导、行政管理等岗位就业。

Cultivate international professionals with high comprehensive quality of international vision, professional skills and innovative capabilities, who can operate and manage the international chain catering companies (west food, coffee), and international leisure tourism projects (theme parks, cruises) .

The students are mainly cultivated for international famous hotel chain groups, international famous high star resort hotels, international cruise lines, catering groups, and will be engaged in front office, catering, guest rooms, marketing, finance and other core positions and also hotel supervision, administrative management and other positions.

【专业特色】Highlights

双文凭：学制三年，在国内完成。学生完成项目规定的所有学分，达到中加双方毕业要求，可获双文凭，即：由宁波职业技术学院颁发的旅游管理专业普通高等学校专科（高职）毕业证书和亚岗昆应用文理学院颁发的 College Diploma Hospitality Management-Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management（旅游管理-酒店与餐饮运营管理大专文凭），均获中国教育部认可。

双资源：本专业由合作双方共同制定培养方案和教学计划，并借鉴加方先进办学经验，引进加方优质课程，由加方资深教师担任专业核心课程的教学工作，为培养高质量的国际化旅游管理人才提供了可靠保障。

宽途径：学生完成学业后，语言达到规定要求，可以无缝衔接加拿大亚岗昆应用文理学院本科及研究生文凭课程，完成相应学分可获加拿大学士学位及研究生文凭，并有海外工作或者继续深造的机会。

Double Diploma: Three years of schooling, completed in China. Students complete all the credits specified in the project, meet the graduation requirements of both China and Canada, and get double diplomas, that is, a diploma of Tourism Management (Higher Vocational Education) issued by Ningbo Polytechnic and the College Diploma Hospitality Management-Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management issued by Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, which are  recognized by the Ministry of Education of China.

Dual resources: This major is developed by both partners to develop training plans and teaching plans, and to learn from Canada's advanced experience. It introduces Canadian high-quality courses and senior Canadian teachers to teach main courses to cultivate high-quality talent of international tourism management.

Broad Path: After students have completed their studies, and if the language meets the requirements, they may have further education of the undergraduate and graduate diploma programs of Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. They can obtain a Canadian bachelor degree and graduate diploma after completing the corresponding credits, and have the opportunity to work overseas or continue their studies.
